Michael Phelps was recently seen at 4:40 this afternoon at the Towson Walmart on Joppa Road in Towson, Maryland, just moments before giving his first on-camera interview to WBAL-TV 11 News following recent marijuana allegations. Phelps was allegedly caught on camera smoking marijuana last year at the University of South Carolina. Can Phelps get rid of this 'bad boy' image or is it too late?
The Michael Phelps fan page on Facebook says "Hey guys - thanks for your comments. I really appreciate you standing by me…this has been tough…I meant what I said, I made a mistake and I’m sorry. And for those who are mad at me or no longer support me, all I can say is I'm sorry."
